REVIEW:

This is my first book by author M. Jay Granberry as well as first introduction to the Sin City Tales. This was an emotional rollercoaster, a forbidden romance with age gap, family issues and two people who just connect but were not prepared for what is brought them.

Daniel pretty much won me over, my heart broke for this carefree fun loving man who deeply loved his family, especially his touchstone, his grandmother. His grandmother is ill and slowly fading, he feels like he's let his family down in a way as well as his grandmother. Seeing her not knowing who he is breaks a piece of him. Every scene with his family and with his grandmother just turned me into an emotional wreck. Granberry knows how to kick up emotional connection with her character and hit all the feels. Jessica has family issues too, coming from a wealthy family, her brother dating Daniel's lead signer in the band, as well as the age gap, these two had a lot against them in a way. She is sweet and gets Daniel, sees the true him. Its more of a slow burn and sneaking around, but when these two are together its fire.

Overall the romance is off the charts, the family story for Daniel was the strength and the bands connection and support is what pulled this story along. I may have wished I read the other stories prior, especially Sins and Jakes story. I just have to note, Jake is like all alpha hulk sexy and I'm so going to have to read about him and Sin. I was a little lost at times and had to go back and see if I missed something, pieces of the plot got left behind and I didn't get a resolution to some. But it didn't diminish the point of the story, Daniel and Jessica, how these two were brought together and helped each other in ways they didn't know they needed.

REVIEW:

This was my first introduction to K.K Allen and I'm happy to say she just earned another fan. This was a sweet, emotional and tug and pull at the heart story. I loved the sweet childhood romance that grew over years of obstacles. It was a quick read but a good read.

Defying Gravity follows Amelia and Toby through the years of following their passions into the NBA. Both have huge dreams and many things make their goals fluctuate and their friendship and romance have a ton of highs and lows.

Amelia is a strong and sweet woman, she dreams of being a dancer but not just any dancer one the NBA lioness'. During her journey she see's the reality of the world she wanted so badly to be apart of. I really felt for her, the ups and downs but she was so strong and made the right decision about her career.

Toby is as sweet as can be, he wears his heart on his shoulder and has so many awakenings in his personal life that I wanted to give him a bog hug. His family problems weigh heavily on him through out the book and Amelia is the one person who just gets him and is there for him. His career is the one thing besides Amelia that he knows is right and hes great at it. I loved seeing his growth.

Overall this is a great story, sweet and sexy romance, lots of depth into the world of dancing for the NBA. I have heard the stories and seen shows about it, its a grueling world and those dancers work their butts off. I also loved that my hometown was mentioned in the book, the descriptions, even minimal reminded me of home. Looking forward to reading more from this author.

My mind is still reeling over everything that happened in this book, for real... this one just threw me in so many directions and I was holding my breath half the time. This was an insanely great book, I seriously had no idea what was going to happen next, I was shocked when some of the questions I had were answers, my theories were so wrong, but I was glad in some ways. March really knows how to throw us readers a curve ball of awesomeness.

Reveling in Sin is the final book in the Sin trilogy and boy, I'm warning you all now gird your loins! Get ready for the most intense family chaos you will ever read! Whitney Gable and Lincoln Riscoff were finally finding there happy, choosing each other over the chaotic family problems and angst. Until they are thrown for a loop when someone is sent to the hospital. But that's not the end, one after another, the Riscoffs and Gables unfold more and more family secrets, more shocking than the next. But Lincoln is more determined than every to end the feud between families and be with the ones he's always loved.

Let me just say I loved how this story ended, but everything that happened from learning more about Karma and getting answers. To Harrison's attitude with the world and then Crickets wedding. I was spinning with questions and when I got the answers, I was screaming at the book! No Way! The romance is always what I'm for, I loved the connection between Lincoln and Whitney, but I freaking loved the families insane stories, betrayals, pasts shocking secrets, more family romance intertwined that I realized. It was fantastic! March never ceases to amazing me with her story building, writing and characters that you just push for happiness. One book after the next, her books become my new favorite. I highly recommend this series, heck any of her books, but this one was full of twist and turns that I didn't see coming.

REVIEW:

I had to take several breaths after finishing the second installment in the Sin trilogy, seriously March is driving me crazy with all the emotional ups and downs, she's a freaking genius! I loved every angst, passionate, family crazed moment.

Guilty as Sin, picks up right where book 1 left off, Whitney's a-hole of an ex and not alive husband is still giving her troubles. Just when Whitney and Lincoln finally connected again, a shocking scandalous news hits Lincolns prominent Riscoff family. Both of them are tested, Whitney's heart is pulled left and right, not knowing if she will get a trusting Lincoln or backlash from her own and his family. While Lincoln is pulled further from his own family, with lies and hate, and more and more going towards where his heart lies with Whitney.

Whitney is my rock star girl, she is living the hell of all hell's, not only is she constantly being called a whore by Lincolns mother, but she is being ridiculed by her horrible cousin Karma. So let me say this, Karma is on my list of characters that deserves a freaking wake up call, what an awful human being, not only blind to how its affecting her children but herself. She doesn't see how much people don't like her, how she is just a spiteful jealous person who needs to be slapped in her face, I'm so hoping its Whitney who does it. Her heart is always getting broken, by Lincoln, her family, or learning more about how much she was used by her husband. I just felt for her, wanted to wrap her up in bubble wrap, she is seriously needing some saving and I hope Lincoln can be that white knight.

Lincoln, he is in a tough spot, not only because his mother is constantly faking a heart attack so that he doesn't go to Whitney. His grandfather is pressuring him about the company and the legacy he must fulfill. His brother is a jerk and needs some butt whooping, and thankfully has a sister who is sweet as a button. He has hand a lot of ups and downs with trying to win Whitney over, more fails than success. So I'm rooting for a HEA but with these two families constantly wanting no one to have any happiness I'm not sure what to expect.

In the end March knows how to develop her characters so well, it feels real, there is always someone to relate too or at least feel the need to wish the best for them. Her writing is beautifully done and she just plain knows her readers. She's my author rock star and I can't wait for the final book!
