Warning: For those 18 and over only. May not be suitable for all readers.

Ash Taylor lives life without making deep connections with anything other than his brothers and his bass. His past has jaded him to love and makes him fear getting too close. Then Michelle walks into his life. Every night, she invades his dreams and stars in his fantasies. She makes him question himself and his ways. However, he is sure she could never date someone like him. So much so, that he convinces himself that she is married.

Michelle Reynolds has been jilted so badly, that she doesn’t want to date again. Her friend Beth tries to encourage her, but all of her relationships end badly or don’t last. She is sick of disappointment. When Ash comes into her life, she feels an immediate spark. He makes her feel special without effort. His big heart and deep voice mesmerize her. As soon as she finds out he is a rock star, her hopes are crushed. In her eyes, it could never work because musicians are not faithful, and she is not good enough for him.

Can these two polar opposites find a way to make a relationship work? Will all that dating a rock star entails break them or bring them closer? Find out in the first book of the Velocity series.

Bella Jeanisse lives for rock music. Addicted to concerts, Avenged Sevenfold, fictional rockers, and blasting music in the car, she can’t get enough. After her father turned her on to Queen, there was no going back. Of course, it didn’t stop there. Playing guitar became a pastime, which didn’t turn into a career… until she started to pen her fantasies and publish them.

Originally from Brooklyn, New York City, she grew up with access to clubs like L’Amour and CBGBs, hung out in Greenwich Village, as well as had plenty of friends in bands. No wonder rockers stayed on her mind. Bringing her ideas to life was a long time coming.

She is now living near Tampa, FL with 3 kids and 2 grandkids, as a single mom. Her family supports her writing even when it seems to take up more time than they feel is necessary. Can’t stop the muse, ya know!

Besides erotic rock star romances, Bella also writes about wild bikers, hot college men and more.

{Book News} Changing Tunes by Heather Gunter

JUST RELEASED: Changing Tunes by Heather Gunter

Ashley Davis is over her high school 'bitch' label and has decided to reinvent herself. College offers a new beginning, a chance to be different. After being assaulted, she's realized that she needs to change and college is just the place to do it. Nobody knows the Ashley she used to be and she'd like to keep it that way.

Afraid of falling into the same patterns she decides that having no friends, no life and focusing on school is the way to go, but she didn’t bank on someone like Mac as her roommate or the tall, dark and completely geek hot in his glasses, Zeke Whitman.

Ezekiel (Zeke) Whitman is driven and focused when it comes to school. When he's forced to partner with a tall, leggy blonde with a slight attitude, he's thrown for a loop. With so much at stake, Zeke can’t afford distractions and Ashley is certainly that. From their first encounter Zeke sees more than just another gorgeous girl.

As Ashley grapples with leaving the ‘old’ her behind, she realizes that sometimes changing tunes isn't as easy as it sounds. Sometimes you have to keep a little of the person that you were, in order to become the person that you want to be.

{News} Free Comic Book Day! Booya!

It's like christmas for someone like me who has been collecting a reading comic books all my life. I may not look like a comic nerd but I sooo am :) I just wanted to get everyone one else excited with me because our favorite books are turning into comic lately and we should all get excited!!

Starting Sat. May 6th

Tomorrow is the 10th annual Free Comic Book Day, when participating comic book shops across North America and around the world give away comics to everyone who enters their stores.

Brian Hibbs, owner of Comix Experience, San Francisco, Calif., told USA Today, "Free Comic Book Day is the greatest day of the year, without a doubt. To see so many smiling faces coming in and picking up comics and being happy, it's an awesome thing."

Hibbs added that "80 to 90%" of the faces he sees on Free Comic Book Day are not his regulars, but "what happens, though, is it creates a positive image of comics and our comic shops in their minds. So the next time they're looking for a comic, they're much more likely to come back here than go someplace else."

Thought Id support free comic book day with an image from one of my favorite book series turned into a comic book. Anita Blake!

mmm Jean Claude is looking good over there on the left lol. And Anita as always is look angry, got to love it!

{News} Get Prepared for Girl in the Steel Corset w/Prequel

I've already had the pleasure of reading the Girl in the steel Corset and it was fantastic! I'm a new fan of steampunk with some magic mixed in. I got a notice on amazon about a prequel to this. Called The Strange Case of Finley Jayne, whom is the lead female character.

Don't Forget to read my review on this upcoming new series which I know you all will love!

Girl in the Steel Corset Review: Check it out!
Pre-order: The Girl in the Steel Corset (Steampunk Chronicles)

Releasing on May 1st!

Pre-order: The Strange Case of Finley Jayne

Finley Jayne knows she's not 'normal'. Normal girls don't lose time, or have something inside them that makes them capable of remarkably violent things. Her behavior has already cost her one job, so when she's offered the lofty position of companion to Phoebe, a debutante recently engaged to Lord Vincent, she accepts, despite having no experience. Lord Vincent is a man of science with his automatons and inventions, but Finley is suspicious of his motives where Phoebe is concerned. She will do anything to protect her new friend, but what she discovers is even more monstrous than anything she could have imagined…

{News} Vampire Academy Graphic Novel Preivew

Vampire Academy novel turn Graphic Novel

Alright So I read a lot of comic books/ Graphic Novels and I really enjoy Richelle Meads writing in her adult books. I have to say I have read the first three only in the Vampire Academy series and I enjoyed them but I really couldn't get into the fourth... But I will push through and try and finish the series. I was pretty excited that a graphic novel was going to be made for this series so I decided to post the image previews that is on USA TODAYS website, click the link for more images: Link

I have to say I like the images and design of what the Graphic Novel shows. But I'm a comic book collector and a dedicated fan of comics and the art on this series is not that impressive. I'm not sure if its the almost anime look that their faces have or what but its just not my cup of tea when it comes to comics. I still will check it out because I want to see how they portray the book.
