REVIEW:

I absolutely loved Donovan and Sabrina's story from the previous series, after getting a little snippet of Dylan in that story line, I was dying to know more. He was older, mature, sexy and I could tell he was going to be a lot of fun. Sabrina's sister Audrey seemed like a spunky curious and sweet girl and I loved the idea of these two together. Thank goodness Paige decided on this duet because I'm now finally out of my book rut.

Sweet Liar follows Audrey who is visiting her sister for the holidays, but while her sister is going through some relationship issues, Audrey finds herself attracted to Dylan, a friend of Sabrina's man and one of her bosses. After a steamy kiss that lead both to wanting more, Audrey is determined to show Dylan the kismet spark she felt between them.

This was a great quick read, I did wish it was longer and that's really my only issue, because I felt it stop just when everything was getting good. Both characters are wonderful, Dylan a dad struggling to reconnect with his son, dealing with his horrible ex, while lusting after a younger woman, he is going through a hell of a time right now. But I adored his sex, sweet and dirty talking self. Audrey is an open book, ready to explore what she feels with Dylan who doesn't believe in love, but her innocents wants Dylan to teach her things she hast discovered yet in herself.

Overall I can't wait to see how this concludes, I like both of these characters, so different from the other series and I like the age difference. Some think its a little taboo but I feel when there is a connection, just go for it.
