REVIEW:
I was extremely excited to win a copy of Something Secret This Way Comes.  I cant really express the words on how much I loved this book, but it was just wicked awesome!

How cool would it be to have the name Secret? Well Secret McQueen knows and her name is known for many reasons. She does the dirty work when Vampires go rogue. You see Secret isn’t your normal girl, at birth she was abandon by her werewolf mother and now she’s works for the council of Vampires in New York. Plus she has a secret that many people don’t know about.  Now hunting down an enemy from her past and brought face to face with two very powerful and dreamy werewolves. Her life is getting a little more complicated.

I loved this series for the twist that Dean kept on throwing out, Secret has one heck of a life and she doesn’t care about getting down a dirty to fight. Secret is tough, determined, and the type of girl who would stick her neck out for her friends, plus she has some good-looking guys hanging around and protecting her. ☺

All the characters were fantastic, even the bad guys just rocked my socks off with their personalities and spunky they all had that bit of spunk in them. Lucas and Desmond, oh I cant wait to read more about these two cause every page they were on I had to fan myself because they are hot.

The kick butt actions scene really pulled me into the story, as the reader I really got the feel of how Secret dealt with the craziness her life was becoming. The plot was just brilliant and the end; oh the ending was such an awesome cliffhanger but not one that makes you mad just made me want more! I can’t wait for the second installment of this great new series Secret McQueen.

RECOMMENDATION:
This is an adult novel with sexual content and a bit of violence. Fans of Jennifer Estep’s Elemental Assassin series and Chloe Neill’s Chicagoland Vampire series will love this! Don't forget to read the prequel "The Secret Guide to Dating Monsters."
