Q:We always talk about books that WE want. Let’s turn it on its head. What books have you given other people lately?
For my moms birthday I got her Beautiful Disaster by Jamie McGuire. She liked the 50 Shades series ( which I don't want to read ) so I decided to buy her a book the I enjoyed and still had characters who had issues that they needed to get through, but had that intense love that I couldn't get enough of.
If you haven't read this book yet, I highly recommend it. The second book comes out in April which I'm super excited for.
I also got a friend the novel Splintered by A.G. Howard which was a fantastic twist to the Alice in Wonderland tale. If you liked dark and twisted, with some romance, then its a must read.
What about you?
I gave away my copy of Beautiful Disaster via paperback swap request. I enjoyed it, but not enough to keep it. Although I am looking forward to Walking Disaster!
