Teaser Tuesdays {40} Arise by Tara Hudson


Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:

Grab your current read
Open to a random page
Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page

I love ghost stories, but even more so ghost stories based in New Orleans!

My Teaser:
I froze. From the corner of my eye I saw Joshua arch an eyebrow. "Uh ... the 'two of you'? he asked.
"Yes," the boy said. "The two of you."
"Who-," Joshua began, but the boy cut him off mid syllable.
"You, and the ghost next to you," he said matter-of-factly.
