He's exactly what she's always wanted. And she unleases him like a force of nature...
Lucy was once the beloved Goddess of the Moon, and she could have any man she wanted. But these days, the goddesses of the Etruscan pantheon are all but forgotten. The only rituals she enjoys now are the local hockey games, whereone ferociously handsome player still inflames her divine blood...
Brandon Stevenson is one hundred percent focused on the game, until he looks up and sees a celestial beauty sitting in the third row. A man could surely fall hard for a distraction like that...

REVIEW:
How to Worship a Goddess is the second novel in the Forgotten Goddess series by Stephanie Julian. Even though I hadn’t read the first novel I was immediately drawn into this world of goddesses. Stephanie Julian’s story was fun and the readers will definitely need a fan to cool themself off.
The novel follows Lucy; she is the Etrucian Goddess of the Moon and one of the Forgotten Goddess. Though she is still worshiped by her werewolves and shifters, she hasn’t been feeling like herself with her powers slowly fading away. But what interesting about Lucy is that she’s a huge Hockey fan and never misses a game. Her eyes always follow the very irresistible Brandon Stevenson. He too isn’t feeling like himself, being surrounded by younger players now he doesn’t know how much of a career he has left. When they meet the chemistry is unforgettable but Brandon is about to learn that the world is full of being he never thought existed.
Lucy was a fun character; she’s beautiful and spunky. Plus she owns a bar and loves to sing. But she has to deal with a dark power that wants to consume what little she has left of a goddess. Her powers and goddess world are really well written and made me curious to see what goddess Julian’s going to write about next.
Brandon, the ever so good-looking hockey player. I love hockey, when I saw that Julian was writing about a hockey player I was even more excited to read this. He’s a pretty down to earth guy who loves what he does. Meeting Lucy brings a whole knew spice to his life. For his character being human he brings a lot of alpha male into the picture with Lucy.
Overall I loved the chemistry between the two and the interaction with Lucy’s family and friends made some great moments in the book. The love scenes are definitely what you would call graphic and wow! Let’s just say these two know how to make a love scene sizzle. I recommend this How to Worship a Goddess for someone who is looking for hot, sexy and interesting paranormal story.
RECOMMENDATION:
This is an adult Paranormal Romance with lots of graphic sexual content.
Fans of Stephanie Rowe and Rosalie Lario will love How to Worship a Goddess.

Interesting review. I really like books that feature hockey players. This isn't my normal read but it may be fun to break the boundaries and explore other genres.
