REVIEW:

This was my first look into Lauren Blakely’s romance writing and I’m definitely coming back for more. I loved all the humor and steamy moments, neither character held back and I couldn’t wait to see how this was going to end. Spencer gets himself into one crazy situation and takes Charlotte his bff and partner with him.

What I loved most was reading from Spencers POV, right from the start he shocked me with his persona and talking about himself. He will make anyone blush with his in depth thoughts and also laugh out loud with his sense of humor. What I also love was the dynamic between Spencer and his sister, they both don’t care to continue the family business and have their own unique talents in different industries.

Spencer has to change his ways because of his fathers business, the new future owner knows about his ladies man ways. Which makes Spencer do something rash, announcing hes getting married to his friend charlotte who he only has seen as a friend. But of course in these situations, everything changes, the chemistry is there and both characters try to pretend but end of making things real.

Overall I couldn’t get enough of these two leads, with Blakely’s exceptional writing and as always my favorite the added humor in the middle of romance, it’s a story I would absolutely recommended.
