How to Run with a Naked Werewolf by Molly Harper
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

GENRE: Paranormal Romance
THEME: Werewolves
RECEIVED: Bought

BLURB:
Down, Boy
Anna Moder has just witnessed a shooting, seen her car pulverized, and rescued a wounded stranger only to discover he's really a werewolf. And by her recent standards, things are actually looking up. Lycanthropes don't faze Anna. Doctoring a wolf pack outside Grundy, Alaska, is the closest thing to home life she's known in years. But hitching a ride to Anchorage with long-absent pack member Caleb Graham that's a risk. Part of her itches to whack his nose with a newspaper. The rest is trying unsuccessfully to keep her own paws off every delicious inch of him.
The problem is, Caleb employs his lupine tracking abilities as a notquite-legal bounty hunter, and Anna is suspicious of both him and his profession. On the run from her past, with old problems closing in, she'd like to stay far, far away from anybody with connections to the law. Caleb, however, seems determined to keep her close. Are his intentions noble, or is he working a more predatory angle?
Anna's been dreaming of returning to a semi-normal life, but now she's experiencing a strange new urge . . . to join Caleb in running with the wolves.

REVIEW:

Molly Harper does it again! I love Harpers humor and the way she cleverly brings humor, steamy romance, and action all into one entertaining book. Even though in every book she pairs together two characters who were know are going to end up together, its an adventure to see how it happens. Harper brings back all the characters from the first two, Maggie, Nick, Cooper and tough as nails Mo.

How to Run with a Naked Werewolf follows Anna Moder, who has been traveling around trying to escape her past and the man that made it hell. She ends up in the middle of a crazed chase, witnessing a man getting shot and losing her car in the process. She rescues the so-called man only to discover he’s a werewolf, luckily she knows about their existence and how to handle them. Caleb is a long way from the pack, working as a bounty hunter and now can‘t seem to resist the mysterious little Anna. He agrees to take Anna to her next destination, but along the way they grow on each other. But Caleb doesn’t understand what Anna is running from and just how much she has already started to change him.

Anna aka Tina is a great female lead, she has a ton of mystery to her and lot’s of secrets she keeps from Caleb. I found it sweet how she takes care of Caleb at the beginning and the tension between the too is there from the start. It was interesting seeing the perspective of someone who is always looking over their shoulder, I can’t imagine being in her situation and glad there are people out their helping those in need. Nonetheless Anna is a tough female lead who has taught herself to adapt and follow her gut. She needs to find that trust again and Caleb might be the one to guide her in the right direction.

Caleb is a guys guy, who enjoys life on the open rode doing a job that he’s good at, tracking down people with his instincts. When he meets Anna she has helped him out by getting him away from a crazed bounty. He’s such a sweet heart all the way through the book, letting Anna trusts him on her own terms. I loved that he was careful with her, hoping she could trust him and maybe even care for him. He is definitely a werewolf with his protective instincts and always having control issues when is comes to his heart.

Overall this was actually better than the second in the series, I still have a soft spot for Mo and Cooper form the first, but Anna (Tina) and Caleb come in at a close second! There are some hilarious and bickering moments that are cute, funny and it will make you falls for this duo. Plus Anna knows how to push all the right buttons when it comes to a protective werewolf, who is trying to hide he’s a werewolf. The romance is smoking hot and Harper always knows how to make her story sexy and fun. In the end I can’t wait to see which werewolf were going on an adventure with next, Harper always knows how to hook me right from the start.

RECOMMENDATION:

This is an adult novel with sexual content that might not be suitable for readers under 18+. Fans of authors Katie MacAlister and Lynsay Sands will love this series.
